Hotel Reservations

The SIOR block at the Loews Hollywood hotel will be available until 5 p.m. PDT Friday, September 15, 2024, or the block sells out, whichever comes first. You must register for the conference prior to booking your room reservation. A link to make reservations will be provided in your registration confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact events@sior.com.

Room Rates:

• Single/Double: $259
• Triple: $309

Room Reservation Notes:

• Room rates are subject to a 15.5% per night tax and a 0.3% per night CA Tourism Fee.
  
• A valid credit card must be provided at the time of reservation. Any cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to check-in day and time (4 p.m. PDT) will be charged one night’s room and tax.

Travel Information

The Loews Hollywood Hotel is well located near two airports:

• Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) – 16.5 miles (45 minutes depending on traffic)
• Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) – 7.5 miles (20 minutes depending on traffic)

Parking is available at the Loews Hollywood Hotel. Please note that SIOR does not provide parking vouchers.

• Self-Parking: $20 per night at Hollywood & Highland Center (public parking, no in and out privileges)
• Valet Parking: $55 per night plus tax at Loews Hollywood Hotel (includes in and out privileges)
