Room Reservations

The SIOR block at Caesars Palace will be available until Friday, April 4, or the block sells out, whichever comes first. You must register for the conference prior to booking your room reservation. A link to make reservations will be provided in your registration confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact events@sior.com.

Room Rates:

Single/Double: $179 (+$35 per night resort fee)

Room Reservation Notes:

• Each additional person above double occupancy will be charged at a rate of $30 per person, per night, with a maximum of four (4) persons per guest room.
• The group room rate will be extended, based upon availability, three (3) days prior and three (3) days following the event.
• A valid credit card must be provided at the time of reservation. Any cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to check-in day and time (4 p.m. PDT) will be charged one night’s room and tax.

Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is approximately 3.5 miles from Caesars Palace.

Hotel Room Scam

We've been alerted that third-party entities have been reaching out offering special discounted hotel rooms for our conference to exhibitors and sponsors.  These companies create convincing websites and emails, with domain names and addresses that closely mimic our conference information. However, be wary, as these enticing offers for discounted rooms are often non-existent, and their primary aim is to acquire your credit card information.

Please note that the 2025 SIOR Event is being held at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada and is our sole authorized housing provider. SIOR has no ties with any other companies and cannot vouch for rates or accommodations secured through these unauthorized entities. For your safety and security, we urge you to only use the information provided on the official SIOR website or through official SIOR communications.
