Cancellation Policy
All course refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to education@sior.com. All refunds will be returned via the same method of payment according to the refund deadlines below. Refunds will not be granted for "no shows." Key refund deadlines:

In Full: through December 31, 2024 (less a $300 administrative fee)
50% Refundable: January 1, 2025 - January 14, 2025 (less a $300 administrative fee)
No Refunds: After January 14, 2025 or for "No Shows"

Room Block Information

The group rate for a single/double is $199 (plus taxes and fees) per night. The group rate and block and will be available until 5 p.m. CST Monday, January 6, 2025 or the SIOR block sells out, whichever comes first.
