SIOR has developed a new senior leadership position focusing on the cultivation and deepening of relationship with our partners across the commercial real estate industry. SIOR is pleased to announce the hiring of John Manganiello, formerly of Bank of America, to fill this role and join the SIOR global staff.

Manganiello is a 36-year veteran of Bank of America, having spent the last 25 years specializing in commercial banking and real estate finance. Additionally, he was instrumental in building and enhancing BofA’s relationship with SIOR, growing it from an exhibitor in 2008 to a current premier sponsor.

“SIOR values our engagement with CRE leaders across the industry and creating this role was vital to those ongoing relationships,” says SIOR President Mark Duclos. “Given his background in the field, his role in developing Bank of America’s sponsorship with SIOR and his understanding of SIOR, John was a natural fit for this position and we’re thrilled to have him as a part of the SIOR team.”

In his new role at SIOR, Manganiello will establish and strengthen relationships through extensive networking with senior-level industry executives, cultivating their needs and demonstrating the power of the SIOR network to develop partnerships that benefit all, especially the industry. He will bring extensive knowledge in banking, marketing, commercial real estate partnerships, and will be a valued asset to the team.
