SIOR has named Karin Fendrich, CPA, as its new Chief Financial Officer.
Fendrich comes to SIOR with more than 25 years of senior management experience, primarily in the trade show industry. The majority of her career focused on overseeing the production and budget management of large events. She spent the last five years as Executive Director of Budget and Estimating at Hargrove, LLC, where she oversaw budgets for major tradeshows and events such as the 2017 Presidential Inauguration and New Jersey School Boards Association Workshop. She assisted with rapid-execution events such as the Washington Capitals Stanley Cup Parade and the Washington Nationals World Series Parade.
Prior to that, she spent 15 years at National Trade Productions, with the last 7 as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. There she directed operations for a number of major clients, including Coverings, American Public Transportation Association, and Diving Equipment & Marketing Association.
