SIOR is proud to announce Kelly Miller, CAE, as its new Vice President of Member Experience.

Miller has spent more than 12 years in the association environment creating rewarding experiences for organizations and their members. While at the American Retirement Association (ARA), she established processes and protocols that allowed ARA to flourish, even in a virtual/COVID environment. She has spent her career actively listening to members’ needs and designing programs, events, and products that provide superior service, while growing membership.
