Washington, D.C. – October 20, 2022 - The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR), the world’s premier commercial real estate organization for industrial and office brokers, announced today they have installed a new Board of Directors to lead the organization’s efforts for the next twelve months. The new members were sworn in during SIOR’s CREate 360 event, held October 20-22 in Dallas, Texas.
Patricia J. Loveall, SIOR, assumed the role of SIOR Global President. Loveall is an executive vice president with Kidder Mathews in Seattle, Wash., and has been an SIOR industrial specialist since 1997.
David Lockwood, SIOR, took office as SIOR President-Elect. After serving in the role for one year, he'll assume the role as president of the Board in the fall of 2023. Lockwood is executive vice president and COO of Colliers International in Columbia, S.C. and has been an SIOR office specialist since 1990.
Mike Ohmes, SIOR, an office specialist in Minneapolis, has been inducted to serve as SIOR's Vice-President. After serving a one-year term as vice president, Ohmes will serve as president-elect for one year, and then step into the presidency of SIOR in the fall of 2024.
Paul Danks, SIOR, began his term as SIOR's International Representative. Danks is from London where he serves as Director at DRG Group Ltd. and served as the 2021-2022 president of the SIOR European Regional Chapter. He has been an SIOR industrial specialist since 2009.

- South Regional Director: Matt Sultenfuss, SIOR, industrial & office specialist, Tampa, Fla.
- West Regional Director: Edward Hofer, SIOR, industrial specialist, San Jose, Calif.
