Leah Barker Bailey is Senior Vice President of Leasing & Property Management. Leah is responsible for overseeing the Leasing and Property Management for Red Rock Developments portfolio of approximately 10 million square feet located on the East Coast. Prior to Red Rock, Leah spent 18 years with Trinity Partners, one of the Carolinas leading Brokerage firms. She leased millions of square feet for an impressive array of institutional owners including Principal, EPIC, DRA, Prudential, Shorenstein, Trizec and Triple Net. Earlier in her career, Bailey spent three years with Cushman & Wakefield on a large leasing assignment for Hercules Corporation in downtown Wilmington, Delaware.

Leah has been recognized with several awards over her career, some of which are at one time the largest office leasing transaction in Mecklenburg County for SIOR, twice she was in the top three of the CRCBR’s office leasing brokers. In 2014, Leah earned the 2014 Committee Chair of the Year award for her outstanding service as membership committee chair. In 2004, the Junior League of Charlotte presented Leah with the Margaret A. Martin Spirit of the League award.

Over her lifetime, she spent countless hours giving back to her community. She currently serves on SIOR Inspirational Breakfast board as well as serving on the women’s leadership committee for SIOR. For years, Leah was the Chair of the membership committee and served as a director for Commercial Board of Realtors. Bailey also served as President of SIOR Carolinas Chapter, Membership Chair for SIOR Carolinas Chapter and has chaired the SE Regional Convention for SIOR twice.

When Leah is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family & friends. Leah is also a past member of the Junior League and active in her church, Myers Park Presbyterian. Leah has a degree in economics and real estate from Appalachian State University. Leah is married to Brad A. Bailey. They have two daughters, Caroline and Lily Grace.
