Patricia Loveall has 30 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in industrial sales and leasing. During this time, Ms. Loveall has been responsible for sales and leasing in excess of 17 million square feet of industrial and office space and land sales in excess of 800 acres. Ms. Loveall is a Partner and Director of Kidder Mathews.

Patricia offers extensive experience in a variety of areas including landlord and tenant representation, acquisition and disposition, build-to-suits and investment sales.

Significant assignments include:

Industrial Build-to-Suits for Home Depot Distribution Services - 465,000 SF, Michaels Distribution Center - 715,000 SF, and Primus International (Precision Castparts Corp.) - 110,000 SF.

Tenant Representation: HD Supply - 265,000 SF, Pregis - 260,000 SF, JC Penney - 350,000 SF.

Landlord Representation: TIAA-CREF - 2,000,000 SF Portfolio - Kent Valley

Industrial Dispositions - Former PACCAR Peterbilt Truck Plant - 500,000 SF, Former PACCAR Kenworth Truck Plan - 338,000 SF and The Boeing Company 155 acres.
