Jay has been succesful in concluding agricultural transactions in South Miami-Dade County representing institutional clients, lenders as well as private land owners. He has sold citrus/mango groves, sod farms, cattle ranches, timber land and row crops.

Jay was chosen as a “Top Industrial Producer”, “Top Producer Overall” and “Realtor Associate of the Year” by the Realtor Association of Miami and The Beaches. He was ranked among Miami’s Top 20 Power Brokers by CoStar group.

Jay was the initial broker responsible for leasing the first 2.5 million square feet at Flagler Station, Miami Dade County's largest industrial park.
