David’s real estate career with Beck Partners began in 1989. During his

time at Beck Partners, he has participated in multiple facets of commercial

real estate, gaining experience in site selection, leasing, sales,

property management and consulting customers with their commercial

and development real estate needs. With more than 1,000 transactions,

this experience includes development of retail strip centers and office

centers, leasing of warehouses, office, medical, retail and restaurants.

Prior to his real estate career and after graduating from the University

of Alabama, he worked with his father in the construction business. The

construction business experience has proved to be of tremendous benefit

to both tenants and landlords in determining prudent options for their

construction and/or renovation costs and design alternatives.

Customers have included all parts of the real estate spectrum. They

include national tenants/landlords and regional sellers/buyers, Home

Depot, Raceway, Circle K, Papa John’s, Waffle House, Met Life, Auto

Owners, Quest Diagnostics, A.G. Edwards, Walgreens, Sonic, Family

Dollar, Baptist Healthcare, Sacred Heart Hospital, City of Pensacola and

Escambia County.

Local clients have provided a reliable, continuous base and source of

repeat/referral business over his entire career. These businesses include

retail, office, healthcare, medical and warehouse operators.

The experience earned in more than 30 years in the real estate field

has led to innumerable contacts, business associates and relationships

that have spanned years. They include professional business leaders,

physicians, contractors, attorneys, architects, private individuals and

corporations of all levels, in addition to city and county governments in

the Northwest Florida Region.
