Summary

I have been in the commercial real estate business for over 40 years. In that time, I have been actively involved in the sales, leasing and management of office buildings, suburban office parks and Industrial properties. I have specialized in commercial, industrial and investment sales, leasing, disposition and property management, asset management, and the location of sites throughout Western Virginia.

My career began as a sales and leasing agent with Hall Associates, Inc. specializing in commercial and investment property in 1979. Within a year, I began managing and leasing commercial, retail, and residential properties. I became Vice President of Property Management before forming Waldvogel, Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group, Inc., in 1987, which became Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group in 2004.

2016 I moved to Thalhimer as Senior Vice President, Managing Broker - Roanoke office.
