Arrival in Israel: April 1976

Real Estate Brokerage:

1976 – 2000 On arrival in Israel acquired a franchise to operate a real estate brokerage office from Anglo Saxon Real Estate Agency Ltd. This business developed and by 2000 I owned and operated 6 franchise offices in the greater Tel Aviv Metropolitan area. These offices were active in office, commercial, industrial and residential brokerage and rentals. The business employed more than 80 agents. I sold my interest in all of these companies to my partner.

2000 – 2011 Established a new company operating under my own name. The company specializes in office brokerage and rentals as well as investment property sales. The company also provides consulting and client representation services for nonresident international clients.. As a number of international banking and financial clients were amongst my clientele, who had established offices in Israel, I was asked by them to act as their integrated facility manager, as their staff locally were only involved in the banking or trading activities..

Property Management Experience:

1977 – 2000 Established a property management company, that handled the management and full administration of real estate on behalf of the developers or owners. The company handled office and industrial buildings, shopping centers, multi-family rental apartment as well as condominium complexes. The company was sold in 2000 to the leading property and administration group in Israel.
