He assisted the ownership team to lease the industrial space in the 1.5 million SF former Marshall Field's/Macy's warehouse on the northwest side of Chicago. David believes in life-long learning. His education and experience spans a broad spectrum of disciplines and helps him relate personally to those he serves. He worked for several years in a specialty design, manufacturing & fabrication business. “My operating business and legal backgrounds,” he explains, “allow me to communicate on a more universal but personal level with both clients and colleagues."
