Martin’s dedicated teams continue to perform at the highest level across five lines of service: property development, property management, brokerage, investment services, and corporate services. Van specializes in providing comprehensive real estate solutions to companies, owners, organizations, and municipalities in Mid-Michigan and across the United States as well as internationally.

Van is one of only 33 professionals worldwide who hold the prestigious Counselors of Real Estate® (CRE), Certified Commercial Investment Member® (CCIM), and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) designations. Throughout his career, his expertise earned him the title as one of CBRE’s Top Performing Professionals in the U.S. four separate years. Mr. Martin was also awarded the highest honor of “Realtor of the Year” in 2003 by the Commercial Board of Realtors. Community remains at the core of Van’s why, and he has served on the Board of Directors for the Commercial Board of Realtors® (CBOR), The Commercial Alliance of Realtors® (CAR), the Michigan Commercial Alliance of Realtors® (MiCAR) and the Michigan Association of Realtors® (MAR), along with holding various leadership roles within each organization. In addition, he has served on the boards of Lansing Economic Area Partnership (LEAP), Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce (LRCC), Sparrow Foundation, and Wharton Center for Performing Arts.
