Prior to joining Ogden, Bob was: a Business & Economic Developer with IMPACT SEVEN, Inc.’s Milwaukee Office marketing New Markets Tax Credits, SBA’s 504 Loans and SBA’s Micro Loans; Executive Vice President of Leasing & Acquisitions at Mallory Properties; Senior Vice President of Corporate and Industrial Sales & Leasing at NAI MLG Commercial; Vice President of Special Projects w/ Colliers /Barry Co., Inc.; and Commercial Real Estate Sales & Leasing Associates for Robert A. Polacheck Co. Bob has sold commercial real estate as a licensed real estate broker since 1983.
