Mr. Shepley is the founding Principal of Industrial Properties Group, LLC (IPG), IPG is a specialty practice at NAI CIR that has a transactional focus which includes industrial landlord and tenant representation work along with site selection and investor acquisitions.

Mr. Shepley graduated from Dickinson College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Religion in 1987 and completed the Management Program at Wharton School of Business in 1994. In 1988, he began his real estate career at NAI Commercial-Industrial Realty (NAI CIR), where he co-founded the Industrial Properties Group at NAI CIR, a dedicated industrial team that was among the first specialized practices in the Central Pennsylvania market. Jack was responsible for the business development, as well as, staff and planning oversight of all budgets, accounting, technology, and property management operations. In keeping with his commitment to the industrial asset class, Jack earned certificates in both Supply Chain Leadership and Management from the Smeal School of Business at Pennsylvania State University in 2006.

Mr. Shepley has performed industrial transactions on behalf of both tenants and landlords, with significant direct experience in each site selection, development and redevelopment advisory, and investment transactions. Some of his clients include Dollar General, Conewago Contractors, United Natural Foods, and World Kitchen.

Over the course of his career, Jack has been recognized as an NAI Hall of Fame Member, NJPA Real Estate Journal Top Broker for Industrial Sale and Lease, and CPBJ “Forty Under 40.” He has also received NAI’s President’s Award and multiple “Sales Associate of the Year” recognitions. In addition, he has received multiple CoStar Power Broker awards and numerous other top producer awards at both national and local levels.

Mr. Shepley is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), where he has held various Philadelphia Chapter leadership positions including Chapter Administrator and Chapter President. Jack is also a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and Warehousing Education and Research Council (WERC). Mr. Shepley’s community involvement includes being a member of Alexis de Tocqueville Society (United Way) and an Elder and Trustee at Pine Street Presbyterian Church.
