Currently, I am the Managing Director of Capital Markets at Marcus and Millichap, where I utilize my financial analysis expertise to structure attractive debt instruments for our high-profile clients. For over 23 years, I have been a Commercial Real Estate Broker and Commercial Mortgage Broker and have an unrivaled proficiency in debt design, risk mitigation, and analysis.

My obsession and unique ability is improving and optimizing commercial real estate portfolios. As a highly motivated individual with a deep capacity for structured strategic thinking, this allows me to traverse scenarios others may struggle with. My strengths are seeing both the big picture and the detail. When working with a client, I like to first take a bird’s eye view of their portfolio and then use data-driven narratives to implement effective property management and create new sources of cash flow. The goal is always to minimize expenses while making strategic improvements to drive rent growth and occupancy, and ultimately, restructuring debt.

What makes me a highly-effective mortgage partner is the fact that I am not only a broker but also a client. I have a significant real estate portfolio that I have grown through my own expertise. Having experience on both sides of the table allows me to have a unique perspective as a broker. My strength is in my ability to architect a financial blueprint for myself and then replicate that success for my clients.

Today, my work has me serving my clients nationally. Managing portfolios across state lines creates the opportunity for bigger, better deals for my clients. I look forward to continuing to grow my client’s portfolios and making new friends along the way.
