Mr. Zelonker has been practicing commercial real estate since 2004. Prior to that, he held the positions of President and CEO of That Girl in Miami, Inc.—a Miami-based ladies suit and sportswear manufacturer that shipped labels such as INC for Federated and Jacquelyn Ferrer as well as the Suitsme label that were sold primarily to department stores.

With 35 years of experience in his own business, he is able to understand and cater to the needs of his clients.

Mr. Zelonker holds a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Miami. He is a specialist in the Wynwood-Midtown area, where he focuses on industrial and retail properties and specializes in selling special assets and notes from lenders. He is Vice President of Certified Commercial Investment Member ( CCIM ) as well as a Director of the Miami Board of Realtors Commercial Division ( RCA ).

He sold over 100 Million dollars , he has sold 16 warehouses in the last 18 months, As well as many Landmark buildings.
