Robert Alinger joined Colliers International | Houston in May 2019 as senior vice president. He focuses on project leasing, tenant and buyer representation, investment sales, site acquisition and disposition, and build-to-suit analysis. Some of his clients include National Property Holdings, Odfjell Terminals, The Salvation Army, and Tyson Foods, Inc.

Since 2016, Robert has represented National Property Holdings, a Houston based Industrial Development Firm, in the acquisition of 16 tracts of land, totaling more than 745 acres. He has facilitated the development of these properties, and the resulting business parks will add an additional 5,000,000 SF of Class A, industrial and distribution space to the portfolio of 3,700,000 SF that Robert currently represents.

Robert is a native Texan and was born in Houston. He graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelors of Science in Construction Management Technology. Robert is a member of the University of Houston Alumni Association and the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity Alumni Association. Robert, his wife Patrice and children, Nolan and Reese, live in the Memorial area.
