Mr. Pennetta is an Omnichannel broker working on Regionally Significant Projects.
Graduated with honors from New York University and received a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Real Estate. He earned the NYU Founders Day Award, Presidents List and is a member of the Alpha Sigma Lambda honors society.

Has appeared on TV CBS Channel 2, Channel 21, NPR Radio, and frequently contributed to the Wall Street Journal, NY Times, The Real Deal, LIBN, Newsday and spoken for many LI business groups including SUNY Stony Brook, Hofstra University. ROLE & WORK HISTORY
David Pennetta is an Executive Managing Director of the Long Island office of C&W. Mr. Pennetta is
responsible for overall team business, including the implementation of key business initiatives, leadership,
client relationship management, business development, and recruitment. He ensures the delivery of the full
array of C&W’s creative and innovative services to his clients. He serves in a brokerage capacity with an
emphasis on Corporate Representation with sub-specialties in Land Sales, Government Affairs, Economic
Development, and Tax and Incentive procurement. He has successfully represented major corporation
across the nation. Mr. Pennetta is a member of the C&W’s Law Sector Advisory Group (LSAG), Tenant
Advisory Group (TAG) and Land Advisory Group (LAG). Mr. Pennetta is an Omnichannel broker working on
Regionally Significant Projects here on Long Island.
Prior to joining C&W, Mr. Pennetta was a former Principal with a top regional boutique firm, where
he spent 26 years of his career. His activities include brokerage in both sales and leasing of office, industrial,
and medical properties. He possesses extensive expertise in tenant representation, with additional expertise
in investment property sales, property management, development, and landlord representation.
Formerly a Microelectronics Engineer, Mr. Pennetta is well versed and proficient in the latest
technologies and is personally proficient in Argus, ProCalc, MS Office, MS Project, Peracon, and RCM, and he
continues to be extremely computer and technology literate.
EDUCATION
Mr. Pennetta graduated with honors from New York University and received a Bachelor of Science
degree, majoring in Real Estate. He earned the NYU Founders Day Award, Presidents List, and is a member
in good standing of Alpha Sigma Lambda honors society.

com) is the largest commercial brokerage organization of its kind on Long Island.
Held a Voting Board Seat on the Long Island Partnership on behalf of CIBS. Currently in hiatus, the
