Grice joined NAI Earle Furman in 2006 and specializes in industrial real estate. He became a shareholder in 2014 and is a member of the company’s executive committee. His three person team (Grice Hunt, Clay Williams, and Will Coker) consistently leads the market in industrial brokerage and has a wide range of experience across the Upstate South Carolina market from leasing portfolios to identifying sites for vertical development of both owner occupied building and speculative developments.
