Danielle Steffen specializes in industrial, land, and investment properties. With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Danielle has built a reputation for her strategic approach to sales, leasing, and property development. She has successfully closed more than $1 billion in transactions, working with clients across a variety of sectors, including logistics, investments and land. Danielle's deep expertise in contract negotiation, combined with her background in technology and law, allows her to provide clients with a competitive edge in the marketplace. Based in Las Vegas since 2001, she serves a diverse range of clients, including national and international companies, developers, and institutional investors.

Danielle began her commercial real estate career with Insight Realty Associates and Insight Development, where she focused on industrial and office sales and leasing, as well as tenant/buyer representation and development. She later joined IPG (Industrial Property Group) as Vice President and Broker, and spent 13 years at Cushman & Wakefield, where she ultimately served as Managing Director. Most recently, Danielle worked as a Director at eXp Commercial, LLC, where she continued to garner success for her clients by leveraging her extensive network and market knowledge. Throughout her career, she has completed numerous high-profile transactions, including the largest industrial land sale in Southern Nevada and the expansion of Hey Dude Inc. into one of the region's most significant projects.
