With more than 15 years of experience in industrial leasing and sales, Cara specializes in industrial properties, including manufacturing and distribution facilities in the Portland Metro area. Cara also represents buyers and sellers of both industrial properties, as well as infill development sites with transactions totaling over $518 million.

Cara has completed over 9 million square feet of transactions, including a 360,000 square foot lease for Danner LaCrosse, a 500,000 square foot listing for Trammell Crow, as well as a 240,000 SF lease on behalf of Clarion Partners. Cara also represented Prosper Portland (formerly the Portland Development Commission) on multiple land dispositions as well as Prologis on over 600,000 SF of distribution facilities. Cara has been named as a Power Broker by Costar, Inc., was awarded the prestigious 40 under 40 award and was named as a DJC Women of Vision Honoree. She is actively involved in the community, and is a member of several business organizations, including the Commercial Association of Brokers (where she is past president). Cara also served as the first Portland market delegate for the CBRE Women’s Network.
