Kristi is a First Vice President in the CBRE Occupier Services division. Her sole focus is representing users of real estate. Kristi uses her analytical and creative thinking to produce the results she guarantees her clients. She is involved with business development for the company as well as assisting clients with acquisitions, dispositions, expansions, relocations & market analysis. Kristi prefers to be hands on and works with her team from initially preparing a survey to creating a final lease summary.

She is a consistent Costar Power Broker and Austin Business Journal Heavy Hitter. Kristi was The Staubach Company's youngest recipient of the coveted Champion of Excellence Award (an award given to 5 people annually). Kristi is a great example of striving to find the right balance of family, work, and volunteerism.
