Dan Spiegel is Managing Director of Coldwell Banker Commercial where he leads a network of over 2,500 brokerage professionals across 150 independently owned affiliates and 23 company-owned markets. Dan previously served in national leadership roles at two publicly traded commercial real estate firms, Colliers and Grubb & Ellis Company. With degrees in Economics from the University of California and Urban Planning from the University of Illinois, Dan is keenly interested in the history and development of cities and volunteers as a docent guide for the Chicago Architecture Center. He is also involved in the commercial real estate tech space and has mentored start-up firms aiming to service the CRE industry.
