Jay Olshonsky, FRICS, SIOR, CCIM has been the Chairperson of the Board, President, and Chief

Executive Officer of NAI Global from December 2012 until September 2024.

Olshonsky handled all operations of NAI Global. He has been instrumental in growing the

organization by adding offices domestically and internationally, increasing annual revenues,

EBITDA, and profits, while expanding service lines. NAI Global is one of the largest commercial

real estate firms worldwide and a top five global brand. NAI Global has consistently generated

over $20 billion in annual transaction volume, operates more than 300 offices, manages over

1.15 billion square feet of properties and facilities, and has 5,000+ professionals in 65 countries.

The greatest values he brought to NAI Global was leadership, courage, coaching, listening and

actively encouraging all to express their points-of-view and take on projects without fear of

failure. On courage, he has the courage of conviction and courage to have created a diverse

culture in both gender and age at NAI Global. Jay is extremely innovative, an effective

motivator and takes an active role in mentoring all.

From 1995 to 2009, Olshonsky was the manager with complete profit and loss responsibility for

over 75 commissioned brokers and 225 employees producing $109 million of gross revenue

generating $15 million of EBITDA. In 2009, Olshonsky joined one of CB Richard Ellis’s top

brokerage teams with a focus on tenant representation of law firms, non-profits, and other

corporate users. Olshonsky spearhead brokerage efforts in the field of emerging renewable

energy with national utility companies for the placement of solar systems on sites such as

industrial parks, warehouses, and shopping malls.

Key Accomplishments:

• Ran one of four CB Richard Ellis’s offices with more than $100 million in revenue.

• Led the Insignia and Trammell Crow corporate mergers in Washington, DC.

• National Practice Leader of the Law Firm, Non-Profit, and Sustainability Groups.

• Hired and mentored the first LEED AP real estate broker in the industry.

• Negotiated and built out a 65,000 square foot space to LEED Gold standards.

• Responsible for Strategic Planning and Succession Planning for a NYSE firm.

Other positions over the last 42 years have been at: Manekin, HBW Group, Charles E.

Smith/Vornado, Helmsley Spear and Greenhoot. Olshonsky is a graduate of Arizona

State University with a BS in Business.
