Neil Sawicki opened Global Real Estate Advisors, Inc. to pursue his desire to offer his clients a full service real estate brokerage company specializing in commercial, industrial, land and investment real estate services.

Neil was the Senior Vice President and Corporate Real Estate Services Director for NAI Daus from 1996-2007, where he effectively sold and leased over 100 million dollars of properties in Northeast Ohio. He has consistently serviced his clients in all disciplines in both acquisitions and dispositions. In 2006 Neil was awarded the Power Broker Award by CoStar Group and is ranked among Cleveland's Top Brokers based on 2006 industrial leasing transaction volume.
