Rick leads the Facilities Services department in the procurement and operation of facilities across North America & Mexico. This includes responsibility for leases as well as TC Energy owned facilities. Rick initiates contracts for TC Energy and manages workspace projects. Rick is also responsible for acquisitions and divesture of TC Energy properties; responsible for procurement and management of Office and Print Services company wide.

During his 16 years in brokerage, Rick’s expertise includes tenant representation, property listings (sale and lease), sale-leasebacks, build-to-suits, data centres, and land development. Rick’s client list includes local privately owned companies, multi-national firms and governmental agencies. Since 2004, Rick has successfully brokered over 6.0 million square feet of commercial real estate in the greater Calgary area during his tenure in brokerage.

In his spare time, Rick enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, motorcycle racing, and staying active as a runner.
