Prior to entering into the commercial real estate field, Daniel developed, managed and owned retail gasoline and convenience store sites in New York’s capital region. He also has several years experience as a licensed agent in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry. Daniel brings a wealth of knowledge and deep understanding to the process of acquisition and development of industrial and regional distribution centers in the New England area. In addition to his extensive background in accurate site analysis and selection, he has become known for his integral role in some of the area’s largest industrial transactions.
