Experience

Sab has accumulated 25 years of transaction experience in the Princeton office market and has completed assignments worth in excess of $1 billion. His diverse accomplishments include major exclusive leasing and disposition assignments as well as development consulting.

Focusing on office leasing and sales, Sab has represented national office tenants and owners throughout the region, most recently Unilever on a 125,000 sf disposition, Textron Financial on a 179,000 sf disposition and Merrill Lynch for over 530,000 sf of tenant representation assignments. Additionally, Sab has completed several of the larger office land sales in both brokerage and consultative capacities. Over his tenure, Sab has also had in- depth experience with the New Jersey Life Science Market and has been involved and negotiated several of Central New Jersey’s most significant laboratory lease and sale transactions.

As President of Mercer Oak Realty, Sab heads up the firm’s Tenant Advocacy division and exclusively represents over 1 million sf of office and lab developments.

Education

Sab is a 1980 graduate of Ithaca College where he majored in Politics with a minor in Economics. A twenty year veteran of CB Richard Ellis, Sab achieved the title of First Vice President and received regular Top Producer awards and extensive training in project management and financial analysis.

Community Service

Sab is on the Board of Trustees of the Trenton YMCA, and a member of the Princeton Chamber of Commerce.
