Tim began his commercial real estate career as a research analyst establishing a strong knowledge of the South East industrial market. His approach in life is detailed and analytical. He strives to provide clients with a well rounded understanding of the market based on real-time data combined with creative concepts to help position properties to meet clients’ needs.

Tim lives in Mount Pleasant, SC where he enjoys his time boating, exercising and riding his sidecar motorcycle around Charleston with his Golden Doodle Ravioli.
