Patrick J. Gilmore joined The Flynn Company in 2011 focusing on Industrial Leasing and Sales in Lower Bucks County and Philadelphia.

During his career, Pat has worked on notable transactions such as the sale of the 800,000sf "Progress Lighting" building, He has represented both institutional and private Landlords, Tenants, and Buyers in leasing, dispositions and acquisitions. Pat has worked on behalf of Colony Capital, Nuveen, Deutsche Bank, Shift Capital, Green Drop Trucking and Warehouse America to name a few.

Graduating from The University of Maryland in 2010, Pat was a member of the #10 Maryland Wrestling team as the starting Heavyweight and gained experience as a broker intern at Mackenzie Commercial in Annapolis, MD. He currently resides in the Art Museum section of Philadelphia.
