Notable achievements include conceiving and securing the first office pre-let in the City of London agreed "off-plan" for J.P. Morgan.

Nick’s leadership extends to co-founding the Tenant Representation Advisors Society, promoting excellence in tenant advocacy in London, and acting as Chair & Treasurer of FIDES, a trusted independent network for financial and professional services organisations. He serves on the Board of ITRA Global, the global tenant advocacy powerhouse for conflict-free representation and is an International Member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (European Chapter).
