Michael is a Vice President at Hanna Langholz Wilson Ellis (“HLWE”) and first began with the company June of

2015. Since joining, he has dedicated himself to better understanding the disciplines and market dynamics within the Pittsburgh

real estate market. Michael‘s primary focuses include representing occupiers in need of professional office, laboratory, R&D

and otherwise “flex” space, as well as representing property owners looking to fill their assets with companies fitting the

aforementioned occupant profile.



Michael credits his dedication to market research and staying up-to-date with market trends to his success in advising his clients

in several capacities as their sales and leasing representative and, as a result of his efforts, was named the Emerging Office

Broker of the Year by the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of SIOR based on his production for the year 2019. However, regardless of the assignment, Michael’s primary goals include building strong relationships with his clients, and always delivering an enjoyable service experience.

EDUCATION

Michael is a product of Fox Chapel Area High School in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He graduated with Magna Cum Laude standing

from Clarion University of Pennsylvania with Bachelor of Sciences degrees in Marketing and Finance. He enjoys spending his

free time with his wife and two children, friends and family, which often includes cheering on all Pittsburgh sports. He also makes

it a point to travel as often as possible and enjoys staying physically active through strength training and conditioning.
