Justin Fenn is a GSA office specialist in the firm's Columbus office, where he represents buyers and sellers of single and multi-tenant investment properties throughout the country. He represents buyers and sellers of GSA (General Services Administration) and U.S. government assets, state government, government contractors, medical office buildings (MOB), and other specific office and industrial product sub-types.

Notable sales include a $12.7MM portfolio of four multi-tenant centers in Arkansas, Colorado, and Oklahoma, two separate GSA-anchored mixed use centers in West Virginia for $6.2MM and $5.15MM, a $4MM MOB-anchored center and a $3.5MM government contractor asset both in Tennessee plus a VA in Texas for $3.8MM. He has sold state credit government assets as well and recently sold several SSA & USDA locations with additional GSA listings under contract in New York, South Carolina & elsewhere occupied by MSHA, U.S. Forest Service and SSA agencies.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap in 2013, Justin began selling real estate in 2002 at John Fenn Realty in Bellevue, Ohio. Justin graduated from Miami University in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in English: Journalism. He then obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2007. He also has office research and commercial construction experience with The Superior Group, a Columbus-based electrical contractor. Notably, he has appeared with partner Dan Yozwiak on Negotiate Anything, the world's #1 rated negotiation podcast.
