Tyler specializes in landlord and tenant representation as well as investment sales throughout Greater Boston, with a focus on the suburban markets along the 128/95 and Route 3 corridors. On the landlord side, he advises ownership groups on leasing strategy, repositioning, and asset performance. For tenants, he handles space acquisitions, dispositions, lease renewals and extensions, and broader corporate portfolio strategy, working with both innovation-driven companies in med tech, tough tech, biotech, and GMP manufacturing, as well as traditional office users across professional services and other industries. Tyler has built a reputation as a trusted advisor in the suburbs, helping clients navigate complex real estate challenges and align their space with their growth, efficiency, and long-term business goals.

Before joining 128 CRE, Tyler spent two years as an analyst on the Capital Markets team at one of the largest privately owned brokerage firms in New England, where he gained extensive experience in investment sales and financial underwriting. He previously worked in Shanghai, China, as part of Newmark's Downtown Office Leasing team, advising multinational firms on their space strategies.

Tyler is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and completed additional coursework at Babson College.

He holds the SIOR designation and is an active member of NAIOP, ULI, and REFA.
