Bill Doran has specialized in office and industrial real estate since 1999, representing both property owners and users across metro Atlanta and north Georgia. In 2017, he founded Doran Commercial Real Estate to offer hands-on, strategic service to clients ranging from local business owners to institutional investors.

Over the course of his career, Bill has completed more than $100 million in transactions, including leases, subleases, user sales, investment sales, and sale-leasebacks. He has a particular focus on the I-75 North corridor and deep knowledge of the Woodstock, Kennesaw, Marietta, and Cobb/Cherokee markets. Bill is a licensed Georgia real estate broker and holds the SIOR designation. He’s a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, a Life Member of the ACBR Million Dollar Club, and is active in both the Cobb County and Cherokee County Chambers of Commerce.

Originally from Mason, Michigan, Bill is a lifelong (and long-suffering) Detroit sports fan. He graduated from the University of Florida and now lives in Woodstock, Georgia with his wife. They have three adult children. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for The Swift School, which supports students with dyslexia and language-based learning differences. He’s also a past Cherokee County Chamber Ambassador and active member of several professional organizations. Outside the office, Bill has completed multiple running and rucking marathons—including the Marine Corps Marathon and the Bataan Memorial Death March.
