In 2018 Mr. Forcum founded and is the Owner/Principal of Nashville Office Consulting, LLC a commercial real estate consulting/brokerage firm that specializes in Office Real Estate. In 2006, with his two partners, he co-founded the Nashville office of Tennessee Commercial Real Estate Advisors, LLC. He was CEO, President and Managing Principal of the firm from 2006-2017. With 32 years of experience, Mr. Forcum was responsible for the strategic direction, growth and success of the firm. TCREA affiliated with Newmark Knight Frank in 2006 and was the Newmark Knight Frank Nashville office from 2006-2013. TCREA affiliated with CRESA in 2013 and became Nashville Cresa.

Dollar General, Corizon, Podiatry Insurance Company of America (PICA), Smith

Seckman Reid, Comcast, Gresham Smith and Partners, Travelers Insurance, J. Alexander’s, Service Source,

In addition, he has been recognized by CoStar for being one of the top ten office leasing brokers in Middle Tennessee.

In 2008 he co-brokered the largest Office Building Sale in Middle TN. In 2014 he was nominated by Co-Star for largest office lease of the year in Greater Nashville area as a co-broker. In that same year (2014) he was recognized by SIOR for co-brokering two of the largest one hundred transactions nationally by SIOR Brokers.

Vice President and Secretary of the Middle Tennessee CCIM ( Certified Commercial

Investment Member ) chapter.

Treasurer of the East Tennessee SIOR ( Society of

Industrial and Office Realtors ) Chapter.

He has also served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors (GNAR) in 1996 and 1997 and was a

charter member of the Commercial Investment Division.

He has been a Chairman of various other committees as well as serving a term on the Nashville Board of Realtors Board of Arbitration.

Presently, Mr. Forcum is on the board of STARS (Students Taking a Right Stand) and serves on their Finance Committee. He

has co-chaired this organization’s development committee, served as Secretary of the Board and been on the Executive Committee multiple years. In addition, he is a member of Rotary Club of Nashville, has been a volunteer reader in schools for Book’em and is the immediate past President of the Nashville Toastmasters Club which was started in 1954. He is an active member of Covenant Presbyterian Church having been on the building committee and taught second and third grade Sunday School.

Buck Forcum co-founded the office of Tennessee Commercial Real Estate Advisors, LLC in 2006. From 2006 to 2017 he was CEO and President and Managing Principal of the firm. TCREA affiliated with Newmark Knight Frank ( the fourth largest commercial brokerage firm in the U.S.) in 2006 and became their Nashville office of NKF from 2006-2013. In 2013 they affiliated with Cresa ( the largest tenant rep only firm in the U.S. ) and became Cresa Nashville. With 32 years of experience, Mr. Forcum was responsible for the strategic direction, growth and success of TCREA. Prior to 2006 Mr. Forcum was a broker with Grubb and Ellis for 19 years. He is experienced in both office tenant and landlord representation, and has been involved in numerous office building sales plus build to suits.
