The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR), the world’s premier commercial real estate organization for industrial and office brokers, relocated its headquarter offices on January 1, 2024.

Remaining in Washington, D.C., the new office, located at The Herald, 1307 New York Ave., NW, Ste 703, is just a block away from its previous location. The new site provides an enhanced space for collaboration and hospitality, seamlessly blending a rich history with modern elegance—a perfect match for SIOR.

The Herald, once a historic printing press, maintains its iconic glamour, including a copper feature wall reminiscent of a lithographic machine, and vintage artifacts shown throughout its lobby. A signature scent and modern amenities enrich the experience and provides comfort for all guests and tenants.

As SIOR celebrates its 84th year as an organization and continues to bring excellence and raise the bar within the industry, a fresh, sophisticated office further moves SIOR forward.
