Tim is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a B.S. in Business Administration. Tim joined Investors Realty in 1994 and became a partner in 2004. Tim specializes in transactions involving office, land and investment properties. Tim serves as the firm’s Managing Broker.

Tim is a top broker in Omaha because he provides his clients critical, detailed insight on key timing issues, and is knowledgeable on future property and business developments, property owner’s motivations and tendencies, and information about other tenants in the market. He puts client’s needs first, values hard work, and subscribes to the adage that “the devil is in the details”.

Tim’s primary areas of focus are office, land and investment properties. Tim represents both tenants and landlords and is consistently a top producer in the Omaha market. Tim recently represented both Metropolitan Utilities District, Omaha’s gas and water utility, and Nebraska Methodist Health System in the acquisition of their new corporate headquarters and the disposition of their former headquarters.

Tim serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce and the Mid America Council of Boy Scouts. He is an AKSARBEN Foundation Councillor and a member of the Board of Trustees of Countryside Community Church as well as a founding Member, Board Member and Board Secretary of Hilltopper Baseball of Nebraska, Inc. In January 2019, Tim received the Volunteer of the Year Award from the Omaha Chamber of Commerce.
