Tim has overall responsibility for the company's real estate portfolio. His industry background includes over 30 years of experience in real estate development, investment, management and brokerage. Prior to joining Griffin Land, he was an EVP & Partner at The Codman Company (now part of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank), a Boston based, full service real estate service company. Previous to Codman he was with CB Commercial (now CBRE) where his last position there was as managing broker of its Boston office and Director of its Investment Properties Group.
