Terry Darrow, SIOR, industrial specialist passed away on November 26th, 2025. He was managing director at JLL and was a member of SIOR since 1981.

Jerome Ziv, SIOR, industrial specialist passed away on November 4th, 2024. He was principal at Avison Young and was a member of SIOR since 1997.
