Jeffrey S. Ball, SIOR, Industrial Specialist, passed away in February. He worked at Ball & Company Real Estate Advisors and originally joined SIOR in 2002.

William W. Bowman, Sr., SIOR Emeritus, Industrial Specialist, passed away April 3. He worked for Thompson-Brown and was a member of SIOR since 1969.

William Burroughs, Jr., SIOR Retired, Industrial Specialist, passed away Dec. 30. Burroughs worked at Scott & McCune Co. and was a member of SIOR since 1970.

William Cowhey, SIOR Retired, Industrial Specialist, passed away Nov. 10. He worked at William P. Cowhey, Co. and was a member of SIOR since 1962.

Richard Diller, SIOR, Industrial Specialist, passed away Jan. 4. He worked for NAI Maestas & Ward and was a member of SIOR since 1996.

Stephen J. Nardi, SIOR, Industrial Specialist, passed away in his home on May 25, 2018. He joined SIOR in 1961.

Ben Reiling, SIOR Retired, Industrial Specialist, passed away Jan. 23. He worked for Zelman Development Co. and was a member of SIOR since 1971.

Sam Scaffide, SIOR Retired, Industrial Specialist, passed away on Dec. 4. He worked for Perimeter Realty and was a former SIOR Georgia Chapter president and long-standing SIOR instructor. He was a member of SIOR since 1979.
