RPR is an online tool that provides an abundance of public record, mortgage, demographic, and listing data for real estate professionals. Users can create professional customized reports and analytics with the data provided by RPR. The product is managed by the National Association of REALTORS® and it is available to SIOR members* to use at no cost.

RPR acts as a central depository for numerous data sources and provides an easy-to-use interface that allows commercial brokers to get very specific data about a property and/or area. RPR pulls its data through numerous database channels that many CRE products license including Black Knight and ESRI. In addition, the portal contains listing data from Brevitas, BiProxi, CREXi, Land Broker MLS, Officespace.com and TotalCommercial.com that lets brokers search more than one million active commercial listings and fifty-five million off-market properties around the country.

The product provides access to abundant data for all disciplines in the industry. Tenant rep brokers would find interest in the customized drive time maps that adjust for time of day or obtain company rosters at a particular address. Developers could see value in the demographic heat maps that could demonstrate density for a certain demographic. Investment sales brokers/investors could see value in the mortgage, property owner and opportunity zone data. In addition, RPR connects with Valuate, an investment screening product to quickly evaluate a property. With all this data, RPR does a great job of organizing and creating fully customized reports with a professional appearance that can be tailored for the preparer of the report.
