SR: What was the first job (or weirdest job) you ever had?
PL: Selling birthing beds! I was a young woman, never having had children, talking to doctors and nurses about the benefits of giving birth on a revolutionary bed. .
SR: What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
PL: Make sure you are talking to the person who makes the decision.
SR: What’s the worst advice you’ve ever received?
PL: Tough question – I shed bad advice and move on!
SR: Do you remember your favorite meal?
PL: White truffle rissoto at Spago in Maui and beef wellington and Restaurant Gordon Ramsey in London.
SR: Do you have a hidden talent?
PL: Adding the secret, unwritten ingredient to any recipe!
SR: Where is happiness for you?
PL: Montana.

PL: Be with friends, can food, make jewelry, read books, go for a drive – see something new.
SR: Where have you traveled to that you are dying to go back again?
PL: Amalfi Coast - Positano
SR: What’s the greatest risk you’ve ever taken?
PL: My career – working for no salary, just performance based compensation.
SR: What are some causes you care about?
PL: Organ donation, Make-a-Wish, Girl Scouts and the Homeless
