Patrick O'Healy, SIOR, Industrial Specialist, passed on February 10, 2023. He was the president for O’Healy Commercial Real Estate Services and was a member of SIOR since 1988.

Ramsay Lunan, SIOR, Industrial Specialist, passed away on May 12th, 2023. He was an Executive Vice President at CBRE, and was a member of SIOR since 1982.
