The SIOR Arkansas Chapter combined business, networking, and thrilling horse racing at its annual “Off to the Races” meeting at the Jockey Club at Oaklawn Thoroughbred Race Track in Hot Springs, Ark. The highlight of the day was the SIOR-sponsored fifth race, where chapter officers and event sponsors had the honor of presenting the winning prize to the horse’s owner. The SIOR Inland Empire & Orange County, SIOR Greater Los Angeles Chapter, SIOR San Diego Chapter, and SIOR Northern California Chapter gathered for their second Meet & Greet event at the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort in Carlsbad, Calif. The event hosted 60 SIOR designees, 36 sponsors, and guests, offering dynamic networking and insightful discussions. Attendees gained valuable insights into the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities shaping the commercial real estate landscape. The SIOR Canada Central Chapter brought together 97 attendees from 48 companies for its annual Ski Day at Craigleith Ski Club in The Blue Mountains in Ontario, Canada. The event kicked off with a lively Thursday night social at Firehall Pizza, setting the stage for a day of networking, camaraderie, and skiing in prime conditions. INDUSTRY EXPERTS CONVENE AT SIOR CAROLINAS CHAPTER CONFERENCE

The SIOR Carolinas Chapter hosted its annual conference at the Hotel Bennett in Charleston, S.C., bringing together 163 top industry professionals, including 91 SIOR members, for networking, market insights, and thought leadership. The event opened with an inspiring keynote from Chris Singleton. Attendees also heard from Charleston Mayor William Cogswell during Friday’s breakfast session, where he shared insights on the city’s growth and its impact on commercial real estate. SIOR NEW ENGLAND CHAPTER HOSTS ANNUAL 3V3 HOCKEY TOURNAMENT

The SIOR New England Chapter held its annual 3v3 Hockey Tournament at Warrior Ice Arena in Boston, Mass., featuring 18 teams and over 115 players. The competition included four round-robin games leading to the playoffs, with NESN’s Billy Jaffe providing live commentary for the final matchup. Marcus & Millichap claimed the SIOR Cup, defeating JLL in the championship game. Quarterfinalists included Resource Options, Inc., The Boulos Company, REPH, Cushman & Wakefield, Colliers, and ARCO National Construction Company. In a show of generosity, the winning team donated an additional $500, bringing the total contribution to the Boston Bruins Charitable Foundation to $4,500.

SIOR NORTHWEST REGIONAL EVENT HITS THE SLOPES FOR NETWORKING AND INSIGHTS

Set against the stunning backdrop of Schweitzer Mountain Resort in Sandpoint, Idaho, the 2025 SIOR Northwest Regional Ski Event combined industry insights, outdoor adventure, and top-tier networking, thanks to the support of Douglass Properties, Panattoni, Link, and the SIOR Foundation.
