Stephen Smith, SIOR, an Office Specialist passed away on September 15, 2024. He was Managing Director-South Carolina, CBRE and had been a member since 1999.

Alfred J. Zacher, an SIOR retired member, passed away on October 12, 2024. He was an industrial specialist with his firm The Zacher Company. He joined SIOR in 1975.
