In 1986 John began his real estate career as a sales and leasing agent specializing in Industrial and Investment properties with Colliers Tingey. And in 1998 John joined Fortune Associates, continuing to specialize in Office, Industrial and Investment properties.

After 30 years in the Central Valley, John joined Rossetti Company Commercial Real Estate in 2015 continuing to specialize in transactions along the Central Coast of California. In 2021 Rossetti Company merged with Colliers.

John has leased or sold more than ten million square feet of commercial, office, and industrial space, totaling more than $100,000,000. He has represented many large corporations including Kaiser Permanente, Buzz Oates Company, Loomis Armored, Sony Music, Orkin Pest Control, Orr Safety Corporation, GE Capital and PG&E Properties to name only a few. While in Fresno, John served on the Mayor’s Industrial Advisory Council and consulted on the City’s General Plan Update. He was also a member of the Fresno Economic Development Corporation and the East Fresno Rotary Club. John is a Past President of the Northern California chapter of SIOR.
